Hoboken
The Hoboken market saw price declines across the 1, 2 and 3BR markets for March.
Total transactions were only 24 units, which is low.
The 1BR market which has been very strong slipped a bit this month with a price drop of 46.02% to $827.48/sq.ft.
Days on the market is still low at 29 days.
The low inventory and relatively high demand are helping to keep prices strong.
Downtown Jersey City
Pricing rebounded in downtown Jersey City for March with the 1, 2 and 3BR markets all seeing price increases.
Total transactions were at 50 units, which is up by 78.57% compared to February.
3BR saw the biggest increase of 10.45% to $854.86/sq.ft.
We see the same story in Downtown Jersey City, low inventory and high demand is helping to keep prices strong.
