The paces of sales for downtown Jersey City slowed to 17.92 weeks, but don't worry...we're still in seller's market territory.
Downtown Jersey City pending sales were up 19.80% and total transactions were up 32.73%. Further signs that the market is doing well in downtown Jersey City as well.
