Hoboken Market Update

The Hoboken real estate market continues to show strength, particularly in the 1-bedroom and 3-bedroom markets, which saw impressive price increases of 10.15% and 20.96%, respectively. Demand for 3-bedroom homes remains high, as more families choose to make Hoboken their long-term residence.

While pending sales held steady month-over-month, closed sales doubled to 48 units, and the average days on market dropped significantly by 41.48% to just 17 days—highlighting how quickly well-priced properties are moving.


Downtown Jersey City Market Update

Downtown Jersey City saw a strong rebound in pricing across larger units, with 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom homes posting double-digit gains.

Pending sales rose 3.06% to 101 units, total closed sales remained steady at 50 units, and the average days on market fell 20.93% to 34 days, reflecting continued buyer activity and market momentum.

As in Hoboken, larger homes (3BR and up) are driving the market—a trend worth watching for both buyers and sellers.
