Well my year didn't end so well.
I fell skiing on December 29th and broke my collarbone into 3 pieces.
Fortunately, I wasn't in much pain and I am on the mend.
The available inventory moved at the fastest pace we've seen since March 2018 for Hoboken and May 2018 for downtown Jersey City.
Pending sales dipped for last month and total transactions increased 7.58% for Hoboken and dipped 9.52% for downtown Jersey City.
Condo pricing was up and down again this month, with Hoboken 1BR and 3BR leading the charge with a 22.96% increase for 1BR and a 21.64% for 3BR.
Downtown 3BR saw a huge 43.79% increase which is indicative of the overall strength of the 3BR+ market in the area.
