February 2017 Stats Update-Starting to Heat Up

Sales dragged a little for February with only 40 sales in Hoboken and 45 in downtown Jersey City.  But fear not, because pending sales were up 28.91% for Hoboken and 4.35% for downtown Jersey City for the month.

The February closings were a result of the slow December that we have every year.

Properties are still moving faster than I ever remember.
