I have finally been able to add 2009 figures to my monthly updates to give an even broader picture of how the market has improved over the last four years.
October saw continued strength in both the Hoboken and downtown Jersey City markets.
The downtown market contracted even further in October with an absorption rate of just 9.375 weeks. Hoboken increased to 12.6 weeks, which is still abnormally low.
The Hoboken two bedroom market posted an impressive 4.26% increase this month.
