Total Transactions Increase Monthly Stats Update-July, 2013


Total transactions increased sharply for Hoboken and downtown Jersey City this month even though inventory remains extremely tight in both areas.  Pricing remains more or less steady for all areas except for 3 BR sales in the Newport area.

This price spike is due to the lower price points of 45 River Drive South relative to the other new buildings in the Newport area.

Monthly Stats Update-June, 2013


Sales held steady again for June with Hoboken prices rising across the board for 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos.

1BR condos in the Newport area performed strongly this month, with only slight decreases for other Jersey City market segments.
