Impressive Activity This Month-Monthly Stats Update-April, 2013

The Hoboken market seems to be exploding at the moment with total sales up 46.67% and pending sales up a whopping 21.52%.

Pricing softened a bit with the exception of 2 BR condos in Hoboken and 3 BR condos in the Newport area.

It starting to feel like the good old days...bidding wars and escalating prices.

Thirteen properties sold at asking price and twenty-one properties sold over asking price.

1 BR, 2 BR, and 3BR units all sold at or over $520/sq.ft.
