August ended with a BANG with Hoboken 1BR and 2BR units very close to $700/sq. ft.
What's interesting is that downtown Jersey City 1BR and 2BR prices are averaging MORE than Hoboken at approx. $750/sq.ft.
Take a look at the absorption rate for downtown Jersey City. It's currently 4.15 weeks which means it will only take 4.15 weeks to completely sell out the current inventory of active listings.
Impressive.
