Total Sales Through The Roof-Hoboken/Downtown Jersey City Sales Update-May 2016

The spring market arrived in full force in May with total sales climbing 33.33% in Hoboken and 54% in downtown Jersey City.

There was some slight softness in pricing in all market segments this month.

It remains to be seen if these is just a blip on the radar or an ongoing trend.
