Total Transactions Increase Monthly Stats Update-July, 2013
Total transactions increased sharply for Hoboken and downtown Jersey City this month even though inventory remains extremely tight in both areas. Pricing remains more or less steady for all areas except for 3 BR sales in the Newport area.
This price spike is due to the lower price points of 45 River Drive South relative to the other new buildings in the Newport area.
