Lowest Abssorption Rate EVER in Hoboken-Hoboken/Downtown Jersey City Absorption Rate Update-January 13, 2012
Inventories in Hoboken stand at 220 units this week. This includes condos/coops and 1 to 4 family properties.
The inventory for downtown Jersey City stands increased to 294 units.
I have NEVER seen that absorption rate this low for Hoboken. It's a GREAT time to sell in Hoboken right now.
