Inventories have dipped again this week to levels that we haven't seen in both Hoboken and downtown Jersey City in well over 18 months.
Properties are started to sell again, but only if they're priced correctly.

22.49 weeks vs. 20.52 weeks last week (9.6% increase)

26.79 weeks vs. 25.52 weeks last week (4.97% increase)
