Great Sales Week in Downtown Jersey City-Jersey City Sales Update-April 1, 2010
There were 3 strong 1BR sales in the downtown area this week. Leading the way was a $554/sq.ft. sale at 389 Washington.
There was another weak 2BR sale at 700 Grove at $379/sq.ft. The building has been struggling to bring up its sales and there are some great deals in that building right now.
On the 3BR front, there was a strong $569/sq.ft. sale at 25 Hudson Place. This unit actually sold for $16,000 over asking price.
We don't do a lot of 4BR condo sales, but there was a massive 4000 sq. ft. loft that sold at the Wells Fargo building for $285/sq.ft.
There was a single family sale on Pavonia and Coles that sold for $368,000, but it was only 12.5 ft. wide. There was also a very nice 4BR single family on 5th & Brunswick that sold for $445,000.
