Slow Sales Week for Downtown Jersey City-Jersey City Sales Update-September 3, 2010

Can anyone say slow sales week for downtown Jersey City? Only 2 sales this week.

There was a short sale on a 2BR at 700 Grove that sold for a very low $281/sq.ft.

The 2 bedroom at 310 2nd Street sold for a strong $396/sq.ft.
