As Toll Brothers finishes out selling 700 Grove, they are really giving some great deals. There are two 1310 1BR + Den condos that sold for under $400/sq.ft. There was a time not too long ago where these units were selling in the $450+/sq.ft. range
1BR & 2BR Downtown condos continue to sell in the $400/sq.ft. range.
