
There was a $216/sq. ft. 2BR sale at 689 Marin Blvd. This would be a great deal, if the low price wasn't balanced out by a maintenance of $947 per month and taxes of $11,137 per month. That doesn't even include parking. Ouch!
On the flip side of this, there was a 600 sq. ft. renovated condo at 206 Washington that sold for a respectable $520/sq.ft. I've seen this unit...and it was very nice.
