Asking: 629,900 SOLD: $610,000 Days on the market: 95
2 Family on 11th Street, I've seen it and it needed some work, 19 x 49 lot
Asking: $699,000 SOLD: $600,000 Days on the market: 69
2BR/2BA in elevator building with parking, 2nd and Grand, 1295 sq. ft.
Asking: 629,900 SOLD: $600,000 Days on the market: 67
2BR/2BA in walkup, 3rd floor with parking, 1247 sq. ft.
Asking: $499,000 SOLD: $400,000 Days on the market: 92
1BR/1BA in walkup, 1st floor, no parking, 1000 sq. ft.
Asking: $379,000 SOLD: $407,000 (winning bid was one of 5 bid)
Properties are definitely selling, if they're priced well. A good, well priced property is selling for about 3-4% below asking and those that need work will easily be 10% below asking.
